Creating Conscious Awareness

The reductionist view of life is not the ultimate truth.

The holistic perspective embraces all things – because everything is connected, and every part of us affects the whole. My coaching is rooted in the understanding that true healing unfolds on every level  – physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.

Your body holds deep wisdom, always guiding you back to wholeness and freedom. Freedom is the natural state where dis-ease does not exist in our bodies. Where the energies in our body flow with ease and there is no longer uncomfortable blockages. Life flows freely. My service to the world is to support you in remembering this – to help you reconnect with the sacred intelligence of your body and deepen your relationship with your true self.

There is no need for rigid protocols or restrictive diets. No need for expensive lab work or endless supplements.

You are already whole. Your body is a vessel of divine wisdom, speaking to you in ways that transcend the mind – beyond any limiting beliefs.

There is nothing broken in you. Your essence is love. Your true nature is freedom.

I do not hold the answers for you, but your body does. Lets do this together.

MY LIFE IS MY EDUCATION

Knowledge can only become wisdom through application. Real wisdom comes from an open mind — one that is willing to question everything and ask, “Is this really true?” Does it hold up in real life. Just because something is widely accepted doesn’t mean it’s true.
Health and wellness have been a passion of mine since I was a teenager. When your health becomes something you struggle with, it becomes the only thing that matters. If you’ve never experienced suffering in your body, it’s easy to take health for granted. But when you’re unwell, all you want is to feel at ease in your own body again. That realization has fueled my journey and my purpose. I’ve spent years exploring every avenue I could — from conventional medicine to naturopathy, homeopathy, and functional medicine. It wasn’t until I found the CHEK Institute that things started to truly make sense. During my first year of training, I learned how to take care of myself — how to listen to my body and understand what it needed. I spent the following year integrating everything I had learned, testing it in real life, and finding out what truly works.
By the time I entered HLC 2 (Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 2), the focus shifted to helping others. It was a deep dive into coaching and human understanding. This training became the foundation of my work — and I’ve continued building on that ever since.
My education didn’t stop there. I’ve spent years researching on my own, and I draw inspiration from many brilliant minds: Paul Chek, Peter Crone, Thomas Cowan, Weston A. Price, Kaleigh Erin Mason, Alec Zeck, and Joe Dispenza have all influenced my thinking. But my greatest teacher has been my own body. It has shown me again and again what is true, and what is not. The body is always working to return us to wholeness — to freedom.
It never felt authentic to start coaching people immediately after completing the courses required to start. I needed more time — to test, to study, to live it. I’ve spent over three years deepening my understanding before I felt truly ready to guide others. And still, I remain a student of life.
I’ve watched my body change profoundly through each layer of healing. My personal health journey has taught me things no textbook ever could. That’s why I don’t treat disease — I coach people. Each person has their own truth, and my role is to help you access yours. The foundational principles of health are universal, but how they apply to each individual is entirely unique. My hope is to help you create a deeper connection with yourself — so that eventually, you won’t need anyone else. Because the answers you’re looking for are already within you.

My Approach

I believe that true healing must take place on all levels—physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual—in order to return to a state of ease and freedom.

To support you through this process, I begin by getting to know you. You’ll fill out a set of comprehensive questionnaires, which help me understand your current state of being, your habits, and the challenges you’re facing. From there, we’ll review your responses together so you can gain insight into how your habits are affecting you, while also exploring your personal story more deeply.

This session is a safe, supportive space for you to fully express yourself and feel truly heard.

I believe everyone is doing their best with the level of awareness they currently have—you couldn’t have done it any other way. With that understanding comes deep compassion for everything you’ve been through. At the same time, this journey is about stepping out of victimhood and into full ownership of your life. The things that happened in your life is not your fault but is your responsibility.

It’s not always easy to hold space for the wounds you’ve experienced, but avoiding them is often what leads to the challenges you’re facing now. My role is to gently guide you toward awareness of the limiting beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back—and to support you as you begin to dissolve them.

The foundational practices I teach help prepare your body and mind to receive a new level of consciousness. Just like a tree, as it reaches toward the sun it also reaches down into the earth. A grounded lifestyle allows you to fully process and grow from the lessons life brings.

After our initial session, I’ll offer tailored recommendations, prioritizing the most important changes for your specific needs. We’ll focus on sustainable progress—introducing only what you can realistically integrate. Once these changes become habits, you’ll be ready to take on more.

Healing takes time, especially if you’ve been experiencing symptoms for a while. But in my experience, the time it took to reach your current state is often far longer than the time it takes for your body to come to coherence —once it’s given the right support.

 1) Love – What you’re willing to change for? Jerry Wesch said, “If you have a big enough dream, you don’t need a crisis” Change takes energy and commitment, only a labour of love is sustainable. Here I try to bring awareness of what you truly want. The way you show up should align with what you dream to experience. One Love is your compass that leads. This is about connecting with your true self. Where you learn to follow your inner guidance, doing the things that increase your life force energy. What you’re interested in gives you energy and will show you where you should spend your efforts on. The more you pursue these the closer you get to your purpose and path. The path is not doing what others think you should do but what you feel you want to do.

2) Forces – Yin and Yang – They are complementary opposites. These forces create the balance in your life. Yin being feminine and Yang being masculine. Learning to balance these forces in life are needed to live a healthy life. Too much of either will create symptoms that are there to heal and bring attention to something out of balance.

3) Choices

  •  Optimal – Good for you and your dream team. Your partner and family being a good example of dream team.
  •  Sub Optimal  – Just good for you and potentially only good short term.
  • Indifference or Do Nothing – Not caring or avoiding. Only beneficial if you just momentarily do nothing to make a better decision once more information is gathered or needing to be in a better mindset to make a choice. Otherwise this is the worse choice.

This section is about looking at the choices you make regularly and if they actually reflect what you want out of life. Do they support you and your dream, as well as supporting the people that make up your dream team. Change happens when we consistently choose to respond to circumstances differently with choices that are aligned with who we want to be.

4) Doctors

  • Dr. Happiness – Chief doctor guiding your thoughts and actions. Maxwell Maltz, “Success is getting what you want, Happiness is wanting what you got.”  Dr. Happiness guides you through your life. To satisfy this doctor you must make time for things that make you happy, meaningful interactions, self love, creative expressions, meaningful work and choices that work towards your dream.
  • Dr. Quiet – Allows our vital energies to be channeled inward, enhancing our inner awareness  Self time/introspection and reflection. Dr Quiet allows us to recover from the stressors in life.
  • Dr. Movement – Life is movement. Movement of thoughts, emotions and body. Doing the work and creating meaning. Movement is essential for the body to function properly. Dis-ease happens when energy doesn’t get to move.
  • Dr. Diet – Is the energy manufacturer. The fuel for life and what you’re made of. The raw material used to continually make you.

5) Essentials to our Program Design

  • Time – How much you can realistically commit. Most people usually overstate their authentic time commitment. In creating your program we will make sure what you leave with to implement is something you can realistically take on. If it’s too much, it will just overwhelm you and nothing will be done.
  • Energy – How much energy do you authentically have to commit to your dream program? Things take time and energy to implement. If you don’t have a lot of energy, even if you have time, you will not be able to complete the program. Be honest about what you can do and as you improve we can add more. It’s important to stay accountable for what we say we will do.
  •  Willingness – On a scale of 1 to 10, how willing are you to completing your dream program. You might need a new dream if it’s below 7/10. This is how motivated you are to get what you say you want.
  • Finances – Is your dream program realistic in terms of your finances? Can you acquire the finances without adding unwanted stress to your life. Staying within your budget is crucial for your success.
  • Equipment/Resources Available – What equipment/resources do you need to complete your dream program? Can you afford to buy equipment needed.

It’s important to create a program that all these are met to be successful.
